There will be a Gala 2013 meeting this Wednesday, May 9th at 7pm at Sutherland school.
Any parents, friends, staff or alumni interested in joining our Gala planning team are welcome!
We'll be discussing ideas for next year's event, so that we are prepared to get started right

This is just a reminder that tomorrow, Wednesday April 25th, is Multicultural Day at Brooksbank. As mentioned in the email that went home last week, families are asked to send food for a potlluck lunch. 8-10 servings should be provided. Please send with serving utensils and ensure that it does not need to be refrigerated or heated as there is no storage in the staffroom fridge. Your child needs to bring their own eating utensils and plate as well as a beverage. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions.

As a thank you from the school for all of the hard work the students have put in being peer mediators this year, there will be a pizza lunch! The Grade Seven pizza lunch will be held on Tuesday April 17th at 12:15pm in the library and the Grade Six lunch will be held on Tuesday April 24th at 12:15pm.
If you have volunteered to attend the movie with us tomorrow, I just wanted to give you a heads up that you are not required to walk with us to the theater. There will be Mrs. Dolan and myself along with both of our student teachers, so if you'd prefer to drive and meet us there for 11:35am that is totally okay:)

Please write your child’s first and last name on the cheque. If you are paying by Credit Card please call first 778-322-7442 with credit card information, fill in this form, write paid by Credit Card with Authorization Number at the top of the Registration Form and mail to Marla Lechinsky.
